Overall rules:

1. Payment & Process
_{Payment Schedule: A non-refundable upfront deposit of 50% is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon final proof approval, prior to high-resolution file delivery.
You can also pay full upfront!}_{Barter/Trade Agreements: If exchanging a physical item or digital media instead of monetary payment, the exact scope, value, and delivery timeline of the goods/services must be agreed upon in writing before the art process begins.}_{Barter Delivery: To protect both parties, the final high-resolution artwork wihtout watermark/blur will only be handed over after the traded physical item has been received (with a valid tracking number) or the agreed-upon the digital media has been fully rendered, unless otherwise negotiated.}_{Revisions: Includes up to 2 minor and 1 major revision rounds during the sketch phase. And 2 minor revisions after the sketching phase}_{Timeline: Estimated turnaround is 2 to 4 weeks from deposit receipt, subject to revision response times.}⊹₊˚‧︵‿₊୨ᰔ୧₊‿︵‧˚₊⊹2. Rights & Usage_{Personal Use: Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing, commissions are strictly for personal, non-commercial use (e.g., social media icons, personal prints, wallpaper).}_{Artist Rights: I retain all copyrights to the artwork, including the right to post the image in portfolios, social media and art books.}⊹₊˚‧︵‿₊⊱·✶·⊰₊‿︵‧˚₊⊹3.
